Christine Blasey Ford is an American psychologist and professor at Palo Alto University. She became widely known in 2018 when she publicly accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh of sexually assaulting her when they were both in high school. Her testimony before the Senate Judiciary Committee about the alleged assault gained significant media attention and sparked a national conversation about sexual assault and the credibility of survivors.
Ford holds a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Southern California and has worked as a research psychologist at Stanford University School of Medicine. She has also contributed to numerous publications and has presented at various conferences in her field.
